ZION Development and Patriot's Gateway Center are working with Chicago International Charter School (CICS) to establish a Charter Public School in Rockford's Midtown District.  Two public meetings will be held to discuss CICS's pending application with the Rockford School Board for a Charter Public School, what a Charter School offers children and their parents, and what a Charter School could mean for our community.
